Training Environment

All sessions take place in my purpose-built studio in Meopham.

It’s a quiet, focused space designed for productive training. You won’t be competing for equipment or navigating a busy gym floor — just straightforward, uninterrupted work.

Coaching Packages & Structure

To ensure commitment and consistent progress, personal training operates on a monthly coaching basis.

Options include:

• Once per week
• Twice per week

Monthly billing provides structure, accountability and guaranteed session slots. Because long-term results come from consistency — not last-minute bookings.
